Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your garment for any reason, we’ll happily exchange or refund your money within 90 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
To complete your return or exchange, we need you to complete this form.
Once your returned or exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and to let you know if there are any issues accepting the return or exchange.
If approved, your return and/or exchange will be processed. Please allow 5-10 days for your refund to be processed.
If you need to cancel a pre-order please contact our Customer Service Department.
To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product and this slip to: Tough Duck Manufacturing 1650 Inkster Blvd Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2X 2W4 Canada.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the case that your item arrived damaged or defective, please call our customer service right away at 1-800-665-3369. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
